Fried Lumpia (Eggrolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup shrimps, shelled
    2 bunches spring onions, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 cups meat asado
    8 pieces chinese mushrooms (soak in water and cut into pieces)
    1 cup bamboo shoots, strips
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. rice wine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
    10 - 12 pieces Semex lumpia wrappers
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Wrap in lumpia or eggroll wrapper. Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
    Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Cool.
    Deep fry till golden brown.
