Pasta And Vegetables(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. egg noodles
    flowerets of 1 bunch broccoli
    3 or 4 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute margarine and large onion in pan for about 3 or 4 minutes; add broccoli and carrots and cook 5 more minutes.
    Add broth, lemon juice and flour.
    Cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
    Cook noodles using package directions.
    Drain.
    Pour sauce mixture over noodles.
    May use rice instead of noodles. Yields 6 servings.
    Fat grams less than 1.
