Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. dry milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of cinnamon
    1 pkg. sweetener
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Exchange: 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 protein, 1 milk.
