Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Kikkoman tofu, drained
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat; stir in 2 tablespoons sugar and salt.
    Pour into blender container; add tofu, egg yolks and vanilla.
    Whirl until smooth; set aside.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Gradually sprinkle in remaining 4 tablespoons sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form. Gently fold in chocolate mixture until blended.
    Spoon into 4 stemmed glasses or custard cups.
    Chill 2 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
