Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    Accent
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. chopped, ripe olives
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Break vermicelli in thirds.
    Boil until done; drain, but do not rinse.
    Sprinkle generously with Accent, lemon juice and salad oil.
    Mix and cover tight; refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and enough mayonnaise to mix. Blend and let sit several hours.
