Green Chili Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/8 c. dried parsley
1 or 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped chili peppers
dash of salt
dash of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation

Break eggs into blender; turn on slow.
Add oil slowly.
Pour egg and oil mixture over remaining ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour, depending on depth of dish.
