Asparagus-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 (No. 303) can asparagus, drained
    1 (No. 303) can sliced carrots, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Stir in cheese until it is melted. Alternate layers of carrots and asparagus and sauce in a baking dish.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    (If using fresh vegetables, precook slightly; also if using frozen veggies.)
