Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. beer
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together to make the batter.
Clean fish; wash and pat dry.
Flour on both sides, then dip in batter.
Fry in 1/4 inch of oil; brown.
