Cayenne Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

4 lb. chicken breasts
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
flour
salt
peanut oil
cayenne pepper
Preparation

Beat eggs; add buttermilk and mix well.
Sprinkle red pepper and salt on chicken breasts to taste.
Dip in eggs and buttermilk, then flour.
Fry in peanut oil until tender.
