Santa Clara Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 cloves minced garlic
    3 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. black olives
    2/3 c. white wine or sherry
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper chicken breasts.
    Brown both sides of breasts in olive oil.
    Place chicken in large baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
