Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 c. tomato paste
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. red wine
Preparation
    Saute green
    pepper
    and onion in olive oil.
    Add meat; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Add spaghetti.\tYou may freeze sauce for up to 3 months.
