Diabetic Fat Free Sugarless Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup untoasted wheat germ
    1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup barley flakes
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add vanilla to water and mix with dry ingredients. Spread in shallow nonstick pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 225\u00b0 until cereal is dry. Drying time is approximately 2 hours.
