Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large can fruit cocktail
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Use one box of yellow cake mix; follow directions on package and bake.
Let cake cool completely and then crumble half of cake into punch bowl.
Mix pudding and pour over cake.
Add a layer of crushed pineapple and a layer of fruit cocktail.
Crumble the remaining cake over the fruit cocktail.
Cover with cherry pie filling.
Cover pie filling with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
