Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can condensed celery soup or mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour and quickly brown pork chops in Crisco.
    While browning pork chops, wash and peel potatoes.
    Cut into medium size slices. Place potato slices in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
    Peel and cut onion into slices and place in a layer on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour cream of soup on top and spread over entire casserole.
    Remove bones from pork chops and place them on top of casserole ingredients.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
