Rice Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (approximately 3/4 c. uncooked)
    1 large bag frozen broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    salt, pepper and oregano
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice and broccoli according to directions.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish or other large casserole.
    Top with Velveeta chunks.
    Combine soup and egg; season to taste and pour over vegetable, rice and cheese.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
