Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. freshly ground pork sausage
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    20 to 25 large mushrooms (about 2-inches in diameter)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Rounding tops, stuff mixture into washed and stemmed mushroom caps.
    Place in an 8 x 11-inch shallow baking dish.
    Add wine to cover bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Garnish mushrooms with fresh parsley and serve.
