Ham Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped ham
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Moisten potatoes with milk and beat well.
    Add ham and yolks of eggs.
    Season to taste.
    Fold beaten egg whites into mixture. Turn into buttered pan, like an 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until puffed and brown.
