Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 (26 oz.) can Hunt's spaghetti sauce
    1 egg
    2 c. Ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook beef and sausage.
    Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    In a mixing bowl, beat egg; then stir in Ricotta or cottage cheese.
