Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 tsp. yeast
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 1/3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add salt and oil, then 2 1/2 cups plain flour. Place remainder of flour on table and pour dough out on it and knead and roll until no longer sticky. Place in bowl with 2 teaspoons oil. Coat with oil.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Punch down and then spread in lightly oiled pizza pan. Let set 15 minutes, then top and bake at 425\u00b0.
