Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped Bermuda or green onions
1/3 c. flour
1 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. diced chicken
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in oil.
Blend in flour and broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Add juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Add chicken; heat thoroughly.
Serve over cooked rice.
