Summer Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; toss gently.
    Chill for 1 hour before serving. Yields 8 servings.
