Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium size yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    8 oz. sour cream
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers, crumbled (approximately 2 rolls)
Preparation
    Boil squash and onions until tender.
    Drain well and mix with sour cream.
    Layer in casserole dish as follows:
    1 layer squash, 1 layer cheese and 1 layer crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Repeat layers, ending with crackers.
    Dot top with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
