Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
- 
                            Gradually stir ingredients into cream cheese; chill well. Form into ball.
 
Roll in 1 cup chopped pecans.
Chill until served.
Garnish with parsley, cherries or pineapple slices.
