Corned Beef Spread - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mash corned beef.
Add horseradish, mustard and pickle relish. Add mayonnaise to make spreading consistency.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Yield: About 2 cups.
