Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 bag boil-in-bag rice, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Place broccoli, rice, onion and cream of mushroom soup in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir to mix.
    Make cheese sauce by adding milk to Cheez Whiz and heat until cheese is melted.
    Add to broccoli mixture and mix well.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle melted oleo over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
