Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. fowl or seafood
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced celery and/or bean sprouts
    1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Add vegetables, meat and seasonings to eggs.
    Pour into a well oiled skillet in a thin layer.
    Cook over medium heat until brown on bottom.
    Remove to broiler and brown top.
    Transfer to hot serving dish and pour sauce over the top.
