Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
    Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese (parsley and paprika are optional).
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can be made a day ahead and frozen, baked or uncooked. Serves 12.
