Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 4 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Mix together the potatoes, onion, cheeses, soup, salt and pepper.
Place in casserole.
Mix crushed cornflakes and butter together and spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
