Marinated Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Good Seasons honey mustard dressing mix
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch chunks
    2 bell peppers, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 onion, cut in 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    Stir dressing mix, juice and oil in large bowl.
    Add chicken and vegetables; toss to coat.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate 3 hours.
    Heat broiler.
    Arrange chicken and vegetables on skewers.
    Broil 3 inches from heat 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently.
    Discard any remaining marinade.
    Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
