Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/3 c. juice)
2/3 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and reserved pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple.
Mix well.
Spoon into greased 2-quart dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Pour batter over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
