Quick Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ribs (beef or pork)
    2 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    First, cut ribs into serving pieces.
    Wash and place in two quarts of water.
    Cover and boil until good and tender in a large pot.
    Drain and place ribs in baking pan or dish.
    Baste your ribs liberally with bottled barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice.
