Chocolate-Berry Frozen Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. chocolate syrup
    1/2 c. water
    4 1/2 c. nondairy whipped topping
    3/4 c. pureed strawberries, drained
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil.
    In
    a large bowl, beat 2 (6 ounce) packages cream cheese.
    Blend in syrup and water. Beat until smooth. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
    Spoon half of the chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Freeze 15 minutes. Chill remaining mixture.
    In small bowl, beat remaining cream cheese. Beat in strawberries until smooth. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups topping. Spoon strawberry mixture over chocolate layer in pan. Top with chilled chocolate mix.
    Cover and freeze several hours or overnight.
    Unmold 10 minutes before serving. Peel off foil. Makes 10 servings.
