Sombrero Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese (I use sharp Cheddar)
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans and liquid
    tortilla chips
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green olives, cut up
Preparation
    Place ground meat in covered casserole in microwave.
    Cook about 4 minutes and drain fat.
    Transfer to skillet and brown meat with onion.
    Add chili powder, catsup and salt.
    Mash kidney beans and add to the skillet.
    Place in a casserole and top with the cheese, olives and green onions.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
