Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Stack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    2 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
    2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/4 c. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. minced green onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    finely chopped lettuce and tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0 in skillet.
    Fry tortilla, one at a time, for 3 to 5 seconds on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Combine sour cream, salt and hot sauce.
