Christina'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 to 10 fresh red or green peppers
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. hot water
    1 bouillon cube (beef)
    2 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 oz. grated mild cheese (such as Gouda)
Preparation
    Wash and core peppers; set aside.
    Chop onion and saute in oil until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until pink is gone and beef is crumbly. Add the rice and continue to saute for 6 to 8 minutes. Season with seasoned salt and pepper.
