Tuna Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 to 4 peeled, diced potatoes
    water
    salt to taste
    1 can water-packed tuna
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. butter
    saltines or oyster crackers
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add potatoes. Cover with water, salt to taste and boil until potatoes are tender.
    Add tuna, cook until hot.
    Add milk and butter.
    Cook until butter melts.
    Serve with saltines or oyster crackers.
