Sour Cream Banana Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large bowl; beat at low speed of mixer for 1 minute.
Stir in bananas and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients (flour, salt and soda).
Blend into creamed mixture.
Fold in nuts.
Turn into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes; cool.
Frost with Browned Butter Frosting.
Cut into bars for serving.
