Easy Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    6 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. broccoli, steamed and chopped
Preparation
    In 2 1/2-quart casserole, soften butter.
    Whisk in flour and then eggs.
    Stir in cheeses, reserving some Cheddar for topping, about 1/2 cup.
    Mix in broccoli.
    Top with reserved cheese.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
