Chicken With Lemon And Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole, cut up chicken
    3/4 c. butter
    2 lemons
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    In large baking dish, lay pieces of chicken evenly.
    Place one pat of butter on every piece of chicken (2 pats on the breasts).
    Squeeze both lemons over chicken. Sprinkle lightly with the sweet basil, salt and pepper.
    Turn down oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour until chicken is done.
    Best when served with rice or noodles.
