Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
    In bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, onion, parsley and bread crumbs and mix well.
    Turn into dish.
    Blend salt, pepper, butter and milk.
    Pour over potato mixture.
    Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
