Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 thin slices lean cooked ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
2 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts, split and pounded thin
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
For each serving, place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on chicken.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
Combine bread crumbs and seasoning. Dip each chicken roll in melted butter, then
in bread crumbs.
Arrange in shallow baking dish; drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
