Walnut Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
    1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cold margarine
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Combine pumpkin, milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 1 pie.
