Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot ground sausage, drained
    2 (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 to 6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    pepper
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain well. Cover pie crust with cheese. Mix eggs, milk and pepper. Crumble sausage over cheese crust. Add milk-egg mixture. Cover mixture with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Test with knife. Don't overbake. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 2 pies. Serve with fruit salad.
