Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecan(s) or walnut(s) bits
1/3 c. soft butter

Preparation

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and soft butter with a pastry blender.
Crumble over sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling.
