Great Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. jar chopped dried beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese with milk.
    Add dried beef, green bell pepper, dried onion flakes, garlic salt and pepper.
    Fold into sour cream.
    Place in serving dish.
    Brown pecans in butter and salt.
    Place on top.
    Heat dish for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Also good chilled (chilled without pecans and butter).
