Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco or butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour (sift, then measure)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until very fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder three times.
    Add flour and milk alternately to creamed mixture, beating well.
    Add extracts.
    Divide evenly into three greased and floured 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 (preheat oven) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on cake rack.
