Holiday Yams With Marshmallows - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans yams (save just a little juice)
6 to 8 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Add yams just until desired texture is reached.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cover half of time.
Let marshmallows brown slightly.
