Sauce For Beets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar and water.
Add sugar and salt. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Beat in 2 tablespoons butter.
Pour over beets.
