Yankee Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (regular, wild or quick cook)
    1/2 c. white wine (optional)
    2 soup cans water
    1 packet onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    6 chicken parts, boned or not
Preparation
    Oil a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
