Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. sliced apples
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar, plus 2 or 3 tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Peel and slice enough apples to fill a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Season as you would for apple pie, only use 1/2 as much sugar. Butter baking dish and add apples.
